Owned by the Academy of Fine Arts, the house and gardens were awarded the "Maisons des Illustres" (Houses of the Illustrious) label in 2012 and the "Logo displaying two half-tree silhouettes" (Remarkable Garden) label in 2011, respectively. The property has been listed as a historic monument since April 26, 1976.
